These terms cover your use of this website. They are short because the platform does little: it shows you trips from vetted local agencies and passes your request to one of them.

01What this platform is
We are a curated directory and an introduction service. We list trips from a small number of local Moroccan agencies we have vetted, and we pass quote requests to them.
We are not a travel agency, a tour operator or a booking platform. We do not sell trips.
02Your contract is with the agency, not with us
If you go ahead with a trip, the contract is between you and the agency. They set the price, they run the trip, they hold the licences and the insurance, and they are responsible for delivering what they promised.
We take no payment at any point. No money passes through this site, and we will never ask you for card details.
03Trip information comes from the agencies
Prices, itineraries, dates and inclusions are supplied by the agency offering the trip. We review every trip before it is published, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current, and the agency's own quote is what binds.
Where a trip page and an agency's quote disagree, the quote is the one to trust.
04What we check about agencies
We require every listed agency to hold a licence and civil liability cover, to employ its own guides, and to sign our code of conduct. What we check and what we require is set out on our How we select page.
We can and do remove an agency that breaks its commitments.
05Reviews
Reviews come only from travellers we know completed a trip booked through an introduction from this site. We read every review before publishing it.
We will not publish a review that is abusive, that identifies someone other than its author, or that we have reason to believe is not genuine. We do not edit reviews to make them more favourable, and we do not remove a review simply because an agency dislikes it.
06Using the site
There is no sign-in. Please do not attempt to submit quote requests automatically or in bulk — the form is rate-limited, and abusive submissions are discarded.
The text, photographs and trip descriptions on this site belong to us or to the agencies that supplied them, and may not be reproduced without permission.
07Our liability

08Governing law

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
09Changes
